5. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using our Services, subject to the following:

• Free users grant us a license to display generated content publicly and use it for promotional purposes
• VIP subscribers have full commercial rights to their generated content
• All users grant us a license to process content through our AI systems

Our Content: All AI models, software, designs, and other materials comprising our Services remain our exclusive property.

6. Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time

7. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Accuracy or quality of generated content
• That generated content will be free from third-party claims
• Preservation of your data or content

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEONWEB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeonWeb, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

• Modifications: We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.
